FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmation is issued. Prices that are quoted are subject to 5% GST (Canadian Goods & Services Tax). All other fees/taxes are included unless otherwise stated in your tour itinerary.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
We require a 25% deposit to secure your tour dates. An online invoice will be issued once your dates are finalized and all accommodation has been secured. Your tour is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit. Full payment is due 28 days prior to your tour departure or if booking within that time frame, full payment is due immediately to confirm your tour.

DEPARTURE/SHUTTLES
The location of the departure point can be found in your final tour itinerary and is stated on your booking confirmation. Most shuttles depart from the Penticton Airport (paid/secure parking available) and more information will be sent to you prior to your tour in our information package.

AVAILABILITY
All Tours and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation 28 days or more in advance is subject to a 15% administration fee
  • Cancellation less than 28 days and more than 7 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure date -100% of the total amount

Note: We always recommend you have travel/travel interruption insurance – please check with your insurance provider and/or major credit card to verify your coverage.

Weather/Events: The KVR travels through some remote and forested regions as well as the Okanagan Valley. These areas are subject to variable weather including early season – standing water/snowmelt/thunderstorms/rain/and intense hot weather, (which may also include wildfires and associated smoke) in mid-late summer. These are all considered normal and natural conditions for this region. We keep you updated on weather and conditions prior to your departure. Please come prepared.
