KVR Shuttle Services

Getting there and getting back again!

KVR Shuttle Services – When you book any of our self-guided KVR Cycle Tours, a shuttle from Penticton to Midway or Rock Creek is already included in the cost of your tour.  If you are planning your own trip, or just need a shuttle along the way, these are your “go to” people for the trail.

HELP US HELP YOU!

These services are provided to help independent cyclists find their way.

PLEASE let these providers know you found them on our site! (tell them Paula @ KVR Cycle Tours suggested you) as we are trying to gauge if there is enough demand to provide a regular service for the KVR and who is best placed to do it – thank you!

We would also like to hear any feedback you may have about these operators from service, to price to your experience – thank you!

General Travel & Transport Information

If you are traveling from abroad, Vancouver is your nearest major airport with connecting flights to either Penticton or Kelowna.

If you have your own vehicle you will need transportation either to or from the start of your ride unless you are using 2 vehicles and leaving one at each end.

If you have 2 vehicles you will need to drive around to the end to drop off a vehicle before returning to the start.  There is of course always the circle route option as mentioned in Cycling the KVR, however this involves a big climb out of Osoyoos before the predominantly downhill coast back to Midway.

If you are doing a day ride there are a few tour operators that will shuttle you to the start from Penticton to Chute Lake or Myra Canyon.
